Celebrating the Vesak season, Seylan Bank organised ‘Seylan Bathi Gee Harasara’ for the sixth consecutive year, with the participation of staff members and their children at Seylan Bank Head Office on 13 May. Chairman of Seylan Bank Nihal Jayamanne PC, General Manager/CEO Kapila Ariyaratne, former Executive Director R. Nadarajah and other distinguished guests along with the senior management graced the occasion.

‘Seylan Bathi Gee Harasara’ was also held at Nugegoda and Battaramulla Seylan Bank Branches on 14 May at 6:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. respectively. The ‘Seylan Bathi Gee Harasara’ program was directed by the renowned musician Lalitha Kala Visharadha Manoj Peiris and his orchestra. The Bathi Gee team of Seylan Bank comprised of Kasun Samaranayake, Prasanna Mendis, Buddhika Priyadarshana, Prasanna Madawala, Amila Senaratne, Sahan Langappuli, Subodhaka Sriyaratne, Tharindu Gimhana, Mahesh Cooray, Sumith Premasiri, Sithum Waidyaratne, Nandana Sinhalage, Nuwan Wickramaratne, Sheran Premasiri, Lakmali Welagedara, Lasni Warnakulasooriya, Damithri Amarasinghe, Wasana Kumari, Udeni Senanayake, Sewwandi Unambuwe, Roshini Pitiwaduge, Darshi Gonigoda, Erandathi Ratnayake, Geesa Amarasinge, Maheshika Ishwari and Dinusha Wijeratne. The child performers were Tinithi Marasinghe, Anudima Nethmini, Inara Dulmini, Senadi Amarasinghe, Binadi Amarasinghe, Sanali Gonigoda, Tinali Gonigoda, Amani Najumudeen, Heshin Marasinghe and Movindu Subasinghe.
