SLT Manpower Solutions presents first dream home

SLT Manpower Solutions, a subsidiary of Sri Lanka Telecom PLC, presented the first dream home to its employee A.M Jayasundera on 1 June. The ‘dream home’ concept was implemented in line with a proposal, aimed at providing houses to employees who have lost their homes due natural disasters or other such adversities, and are in need of appropriate support.

The dream home was made a reality for Jayasundera with contributions from fellow SLT employees through the employee welfare society of the company.

Ministry of Telecommunication and Information Technology Secretary Nimal Ananda Athukorala was the guest of honour at the event and a live telecast of the event was also provided globally via the company website, www.manpower.lk.

Since 2008, SLT Manpower Solutions’ Employee Welfare Society has carried out various activities to support its employees financially and through participation, with the aim of enhancing employee relationships and collective development and hopes to continue this project on an annual basis.
