She has over three years of corporate exposure in the fields of financial analysis, strategy consulting and marketing. She has worked at Orange Electrics in the capacity of Financial Analyst; she was a Research Analyst at Stax Inc., and is currently the Programme Head for the Oxford Brookes Programme at Mercury. Akshika Suriyakumara is also an ACCA Member and a holder of the BSc. (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, UK. She has over four years of work experience. She has worked in the audit sector, then at Tellida as an Assistant Manager – Finance and Accounting and is currently employed at WDR Samarakoon Group of Companies as a Treasury and Financial Analyst. She is also an ACCA prize winner for multiple subjects.

Students who successfully pass out as holders of the BSc.
