A successful jazz evening at the Vistas Rooftop Bar

Jazzing up the city as a part of #CelebrateColombo

What is life without a little bit of jazz? The Mövenpick Hotel Colombo joined hands with some of the talented musicians in town as a part of the #CelebrateColombo festivities on the 7 August, by hosting an evening of jazz at the Vistas Rooftop Bar. The evening featured Eksath De Alwis, Madeesha Perera, Sanghavi Thangasamy and Nadeesha Perera.

The Vistas Rooftop Bar also introduced a ‘Colombo Combo’ platter (fld<U combo) and a celebration cocktails in keeping with the #CelebrateColombo theme. The ‘Colombo Combo’ consisted of some mouth-watering tapas items ranging from roasted cashew nuts, to wadey, sweet potato fries, handallo and a few more local favourites. The celebration tamarind-based cocktail was the star of the night. These special items will be available throughout the month of August at the Vistas Rooftop Bar.
