‘Basmati Blues’: Musical romantic comedy that raised many eyebrows!

‘Basmati Blues’ is an upcoming independent musical romantic comedy film directed by Dan Baron, which is his directorial debut. The film stars Brie Larson, Scott Bakula, and Donald Sutherland. 

Brie Larson’s upcoming movie ‘Basmati Blues’ hasn’t hit theatres yet, but it’s already causing major controversy thanks to the trailer.

A brilliant scientist is plucked out of the company lab and sent to India to sell the genetically modified rice she created – which she doesn’t realise will destroy the farmers she thinks she’s helping.
