Yoga means to unite body, mind and soul. Bharatha Natyam, the ancient Indian art form is one of the most beautiful way of expressing the human longing for union with the Divine. As an art form, Bharatha Natyam demands conscious understanding of body, mind and emotions. Bharatha Natyam and Yoga are the two ways to help us understand the manifestation of the Divine in the human form. Both these wonderful art forms are products of Sanathana Dharma, which is the bedrock of Indian culture.
