Theva Residency Hotel in collaboration with AAYUSH and the Indian Cultural Centre Colombo screened the documentary film HEAL on Saturday 25 November. Sri Lanka was the first to host this documentary in the South East Asian region.
The film director Kelly Noonan’s cinematic body of work takes us on a scientific and spiritual journey of wellness. Through the many interviews with different medical, holistic and wellness experts the viewer is taken on a visual journey to discover that our thoughts, beliefs and emotions have a huge impact on our wellness and our innate ability to heal.
The Theva Residency is a boutique hotel located in the hills of Kandy. It is surrounded by the breathtaking mountain ranges, which promise serenity and rejuvenation.
A.A.Y.U.S.H conducts workshops and lectures that integrate ancient wisdom traditions and knowledge from the different healing modalities from Allopathy, Ayruvedha, Yoga, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy alongside modern scientific techniques and developments that enhance our intellectual understanding of the subject of Wellness.
