A ‘pie-tastic’ feast at the Echelon Pub

  Hilton Colombo announced that the hotel will have yet another pie promotion from 2 to 28 February from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. due to popular demand. Oven baked delicious, crusty pies are perfect with delicious accompaniments and who would resist when it’s oven-fresh, juicy and packed with flavours. ‘Beef and Guinness Pie’, a slow cooked fillet of beef with Guinness stout served with grilled potato and buttered vegetables; ‘Seafood pie’ with steamed seafood in a thick white wine dill cream, topped with cheese mash served with broccoli and green peas; and ‘Spring Lamb Shepherd’s’ Pie, which is minced lamb, vegetables cooked in rosemary infused gravy, topped with mash served with minted garden peas are just to name a few of the dishes that will be available during the promotion.
