Colombo Stand Up Comedy

The supporters of comedy in Sri Lanka present The Colombo Stand Up Comedy (CSUC). The Colombo Stand Up Comedy is a platform for the talents managed by Tranquil Events. These talents have been judged by looking at their commitment, their content and the feedback they get from the audience. After the screening process the selected few gets a contract from Tranquil Events, after which they come to the platform CSUC.      

The Colombo Stand Up Comedy is one of many events managed by Tranquil Events along with its partners PR wire, Kiss FM and Coffee Bean. The event will be bringing you the best of clean Sri Lankan Comedy. Yes. No profanity, extremely family friendly and let’s not forget, ridiculously hilarious content which can be enjoyed by all. The event will feature four amazing talents who were recently signed up by Tranquil Events; Shuhaib Ali, Kaishika Rodrigo, Garwin Murray and Yasir Haris. These talents are home grown, have the best feedback from the audience and are capable of representing Sri Lanka in an international stage. 

The Colombo Stand Up Comedy will take place on 20 February at the Russian Cultural Centre from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. 

Tickets for the event are priced at Rs. 1,500 which includes a free treat from The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.
