Evening of comedy and glamour as Colombo’s most stylish event went all out for a good cause!

British comedy hypnotist Alan Bates delivered a fast moving comedy show and hilarious interactive show. 

The evening also included ‘A Touch of Glamour’ – 7 Designers, 1 night, Lights..Camera…Action! – Up close and personal with the designers from Buddi Batik, Indi, Koca, O:Live Couture, Ramona Oshini, Aslam – Gee Bees and Ramzi. 

These premier designers were given a platform to create one ‘Show Stopper’ piece which was displayed during the cocktail hour. Ramani Fernando completed the look as the official Hair and Makeup Partner. Tiesh Jewellers adorned the models with their stunning jewellery and gave guests amazing discounts for the night. 

Like the artist, MINI, the presenting sponsor of the event, is also originally from the UK. The brand stands for lifestyle, fun, originality; thus suited the whole theme perfectly. MINI and its ‘cool’ cars were present at the event and had a few surprises ready for the audience.

The fun filled evening included pre-dinner cocktails hosted by Wine World, followed by a scrumptious three-course Chapoutier wine paired dinner prepared by the award winning Hilton Colombo Chefs. Guests also had the opportunity to sample the Senok Ceylon Tea Experience.  

The ambience was enhanced by the Tasters Lounge, Espresso coffee bar created by Illy and an alfresco lounge by Meubel House.
