The High Commission of India, Colombo, will launch Sangam: Festival of India in Sri Lanka 2015-2016. The inaugural item, a mosaic of Indian dance forms entitled ‘Nrityarupa’ will be held on 19 November at Nelum Pokuna Mahinda Rajapaksa Theatre at 7 p.m.
