Eating healthy, especially for kids, is an all-important matter and Harpo’s Cafes & Restaurants will be conducting a cooking workshop for kids on simple healthy food recipes, for the second consecutive year, coinciding with English celebrity chef, Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution Day, this year on 15 May.
A free cookery workshop for kids ages: 6-15 years will be held on Friday 15 May at The Bayleaf, Park street Mews, Colombo Fort café and also at The Commons – coinciding with its 10th anniversary celebrations.
Kids are invited to register as only a limited number can be accommodated.(www.harposonline.com)
Food Revolution Day is a global campaign and Jamie passionately believes that by educating children about food in a fun and engaging way, we can equip them with the basic skills they need to lead healthier, happier lives, for themselves and their future families.
