Prasanna Vithanage’s seventh feature film ‘Oba Nathuwa Oba Ekka’ (With You, Without You) will be widely released nationwide later this month in CEL and Rithma circuit theatres. It has won six international awards and featured in 35 international film festivals all over the world.
Initially requested by the Censor Board to remove some scenes for approval, it was not given authorisation because director Prasanna Vithange refused to comply with the Censor Board’s request. Recently, a newly appointed Censor Board cleared the film for public viewing under ‘More suitable for adults’ rating without any censorship.
