Revelations Academy of Performing Arts and Creativity wins award

The Revelations Academy of Performing Arts and Creativity bagged Best of the Best Play in Sri Lanka –Winners of the All Island Best Performance Award for their entertaining rendering of ‘Twelve Angry Pigs’ by Wade Bradford, at the Sri Lanka Festival for the Performing Arts – Speech Festival, conducted by the Institute of Music, Speech and Speaking Skills. The festival’s patron is the British High Commissioner, affiliated to the British and International Federation of Festivals for Music, Dance and Speech of which the Queen is patron. The cast comprised of Devishke De Silva, Swathik Ponnusamy, Akshan Cader, Tharuka Jayaratnam, Aanya Perera, Damath Gunawardena and Sathinji Senanayake of the Senior Drama Group of the Revelation Academy of Performing Arts and Creativity and were coached by Thelma Jayaratnam and Krishan Jayaratnam.
