Under the Visiting Journalist program of Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau, ‘Robynn & Kendy’, a rising singer duo from Hong Kong, visited Sri Lanka to film their next episode for the famous celebrity travelogue program called ‘Travel with My Guitar’.
Identifying the national level destination promotional values of this project OZO Hotels in Sri Lanka collaborated in the program, and the leading Asian hospitality brand provided a home away from home experience to the stars from Hong Kong on this special visit to Sri Lanka.
The celebrities ‘Robynn & Kendy’ were warmly welcomed by the management team at OZO Colombo together with two celebrated local artistes, Umaria and Iraj, when they arrived. ON14 with its unique set-up and the outdoor swimming pool with elevated views of the city and the Indian Ocean created an amazing backdrop for the filming of Travel with My Guitar, to be telecast on i-cable.
SLTPB together with i-cable TV Hong Kong organised this media familiarisation program to promote the modern flavours of Sri Lanka as a booming travel destination among the potential high-end Hong Kong Tourists. OZO hotels were listed as the preferred hotels and they selected the rooftop as the ideal location for filming.
ON14Rooftop Bar and Lounge is located on the 14th floor of OZO Colombo, offering a truly international experience and is extremely popular among the young and hip Colombo socialites.
