Hiru TV has lined two top movies for this weekend for the benefit of its viewers.
On Friday (3 May), the Sinhala movie ‘Davala Pawra’ will be telecast at 10:00 p.m. under Hiru cinema Abhimanaya. Starring Sunil Salinda Ranaweera, Laxman Arachchige, Shelton Payagala, Claris De Silva, Sandun Wijesiri, Hyacinth Wijeratne, the director of the movie is Sunil Salinda Ranaweera and Laxman Arachchige.
On Sunday Bollywood Hindi movie ‘Murder 2’ will be telecast at 12 noon under Hiru’s lunch time movie belt. Murder 2 is a 2011 Bollywood psychological thriller film and the quasi-sequel to the 2004 film, ‘Murder’. It is directed by Mohit Suri.
Cast include Emraan Hashmi and Jacqueline Fernandez in leading roles, with Prashant Narayanan and Sulagna Panigrahi featuring in pivitol roles.
Murder 2 storyline goes as Arjun Bhagwat (Emraan Hashmi) is an ex-police officer who is hungry for money and earns his bread by doing wrong things. He is an atheist but regularly visits church to donate money to orphans. Priya (Jacqueline Fernandez), a model, is in a passionate but confused relationship with Arjun. Whilst Priya is in love with Arjun, Arjun merely lusts for her. The film ends with Arjun visiting a church with Priya, implying that Priya’s near death has made Arjun realise his love for her.
