57% of Dunamis shareholding accept Janashakthi voluntary offer

Nearly 57% shareholding of Dunamis Capital PLC has accepted the voluntary offer from related party Janashakthi PLC., for Rs. 2.56 billion. Prior to the offer, Janashakthi held 41.14% or 50.59 million shares in Dunamis and when the offer at Rs. 36.60 per share closed on 10 December, those holding 70 million shares or 56.94% stake in Dunamis had accepted.

Accordingly, at the completion of the voluntary offer, Janashakthi holds 120.6 million ordinary shares in CSEC, constituting a 98.1% stake. Janashakthi made the voluntary offer after it acquired 31.14% stake in Dunamis held by Nextventures Ltd., and D. Schaffter by way of a crossing.
