AIA Insurance celebrated Career Women at AIA with an engaging, interactive and informative session for female staff, with a forum discussion comprising inspirational women leaders. 

Respected ex-public official and Insurance Commission and SEC former Chairperson Indrani Sugathadasa, who was the keynote speaker, shared her perspectives on the balancing act of managing life, family and career. 

MAS ‘Women Go Beyond’ Director Shanaaz Preena shared the amazing stories of their project while Aarthy Arunasalam from IFC’s ‘Employment Lead for Women in Work Programme’ shared her experiences in bringing corporate women leaders together in finding career women-friendly business solutions.
