APB explores post-COVID-19 work strategies for bankers with 1st webinar

The Continuous Professional Development Committee of APB organised a webinar via Zoom on 27 May for the bankers focussing on the post COVID-19 regeneration/new competencies, unifying priorities, future work strategies for organisations, adoptability of staff, workforce transformation, new employment model and challenges changing towards a digital ecosystem.

This webinar under the theme ‘How to S.E.C.U.R.E Your Future’ was moderated by Pyxle International Chief Executive Officer Anura de Alwis. Commercial Bank of Ceylon Plc Deputy General Manager – HR Isuru Tillakawardana and Sampath Bank Plc Non-Executive Director/ Global Consulting Company CEO Aroshi Nanayakkara were the other panellists.

A webinar on this topic was very timely and the session was well-participated with over 100 members joining the forum. APB intends to hold the second webinar towards end-July.
