Abans Finance to raise Rs. 1.5 b via listed debenture

Abans Finance PLC has announced plans to raise Rs. 1.5 billion via the issuance of a listed, rated, unsecured, senior, redeemable debentures.

A decision to this effect was made by Board of Directors of Abans Finance recently.

The debenture issue is subject to necessary regulatory approvals.
