Abans PLC aims to raise Rs. 2 billion via a listed debenture issue.

The Company will issue 10 listed, rated, unsecured, senior, redeemable, 5-year debentures at a par value of Rs. 100 each bearing a fixed interest rate of 13% per annum payable annually (AER 13%) with an option to issue up to an equal amount at the discretion of the Company in the event of an oversubscription of the initial issue. The official opening of the issue is 2 December but can be subscribed from now on.
