Acuity Partners forum on way forward for domestic debt

The way forward for the domestic debt market came under spotlight recently at a forum hosted by the Acuity Partners Group in partnership with the Daily FT.  The keynote was delivered by Verité Research Director Dr. Nishan De Mel who recommended a domestic debt restructuring by way of re-profiling Treasury Bonds. The  event also featured an eminent panel comprising DFCC Bank CEO and Acuity Partners Group Chairman Thimal Perera, Acuity Partners Group Director Sachith Perera and Oberlin College USA Professor of Economics Prof. Udara Peiris. The panel was moderated by Daily FT Editor Nisthar Cassim
