The Board of Directors of Alliance Finance Company PLC, has proposed a Rs. 1 billion worth green bond issue.
The issue has received Central Bank approval and it will be listed, rated, guaranteed, senior redeemable green bonds. The tenor is three years. The issue is subject to obtaining CSE approval.
Alliance Finance said the interest rates will be decided closer to the finalisation of the issue based on the prevailing market rates at that time.
