Customers can conveniently inquire the balances of any account linked to their registered mobile number, including Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Children’s Savings, Term Investment Accounts as well as SME and Corporate Accounts, making it easier than ever to stay on top of their finances, even if managing multiple accounts. In addition to being available in English, Sinhala and Tamil, Amana Bank WhatsApp Banking adheres to the highest security standards with OTP verification, safeguarding against unauthorized access.
