Amana Bank opened its 60th customer location with the establishment of a Self-Banking Centre (SBC) in the town of Atulugama off Bandaragama.
The Bank aims at extending a people-friendly development banking model to serve those in the locality who previously lacked convenient access to banking services.
Located at No. 14, SameesMahalBogawatha, Atulugama, Bandargama, this SBC marks the Bank’s commitment to enhancing banking accessibility to areas with zero or limited banking presence.
The Atulugama SBC was opened under the patronage of the Bank’s Chief Operating Officer Imtiaz Iqbal, Assistant Vice President Deposits and Digital Innovation Arshad Jamaldeen along with the Panadura Branch Manager Dishan Subuhan, local business representatives and residents. The Atulugama SBC will offer round-the-clock access for cash withdrawals, cash deposits, and cheque deposits.
