Amana Takaful Insurance (ATI), Sri Lanka’s fastest-growing insurance provider, has once again proven its dedication to delivering superior quality of service by having its ISO 9001:2015 certification successfully reaffirmed, subsequent to a comprehensive independent assessment and audit. This prestigious certification is awarded to companies that meet the highest quality management standards set by the International Standards Organisation (ISO).

Following a comprehensive assessment of ATI’s operations for both its General and Life businesses, the independent Accreditation Auditors, Det Norske Veritas (DNV - GL, Norway), decided to reaffirm its ISO 9001:2015 certification. This reaffirmation serves to highlight ATI’s unwavering commitment to its underwriting processes, ensuring the efficient issuance and dispatching of policies, and expediting the settlement of claims.
