BOC Laggala branch moves to its own premises

BOC relocated its Laggala branch to its new premises in New Town, Laggala recently. The bank’s Chairman Kanchana Ratwatte, General Manager K.E.D. Sumanasiri, Deputy General Manager Sales and Channel Management Priyal Silva, Assistant General Manager Central Province W.M.S. Wijesinghe, Assistant General Manager (Marketing) Aruna Hettiarachchi and the staff members of the Central Province Office and Laggala branch also participated in this event.

Laggala is famed for its spice cultivation and exports a predominantly an agriculture town with its dominance in paddy and vegetables. Town is also famous for gems and in more recent times gain impetus as a tourist destination as the town is within proximity to Cultural Triangle sites. 

The new branch will provide convenient banking services in a modern and a spacious ambiance to the residence of the area. This branch too is networked with other 646 BOC branches across the country and enables the customers of the area to do transaction with any part of the country with much ease.
