CDS launches dedicated hotline

The Central Depository Systems (CDS), a subsidiary of the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE), has announced the launch of its dedicated hotline 011 2356 444, effective from the first week of January 2025.

This new initiative is designed to provide stakeholders, including investors and corporate clients, with direct access to CDS for improved query resolution and support.

The hotline will operate from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday, and aims to enhance efficiency by enabling quicker query resolution and ensuring every request is trackable. Callers will receive a ticket number for their inquiries, which they can use for follow-ups and reference, ensuring transparency and convenience.

This latest offering underscores CDS’s commitment to providing superior service and addressing the needs of its stakeholders. By streamlining the query management process, the hotline represents a significant step in improving communication and operational efficiency.
