CFA Society Sri Lanka and Neuralgap to host course on ‘Understanding and applying AI in Finance’

CFA Society Sri Lanka, in collaboration with Neuralgap, will hold a course titled “Understanding and Applying AI in Finance: From Concepts to Practice,” on 10 October from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at GF 02 Hall, Galle Face Hotel, Colombo.

The course will be led by two distinguished facilitators: Neuralgap CEO Gamika Seneviratne, CFA

and Neuralgap CTO Manula Vishvajith, CFA  who will guide participants through practical applications of AI in finance and showcase real-time financial analysis using AI-powered tools.

It will provide participants with an understanding of AI’s growing impact on the finance industry, focusing on its applications in investment analysis, risk management, and fraud detection. Attendees will gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge tools like Large Language Models (LLMs), including ChatGPT, for financial document analysis. The program will also cover industry-specific prompt engineering techniques, equipping participants to use AI tools effectively in their work.
