Capital Advisory Services completes another investment banking deal in agriculture sector

Capital Advisory Services (CAS), a boutique investment bank in Sri Lanka kept its flag flying high with another landmark deal in the agricultural sector in Sri Lanka.

CAS was the advisor to a leading group of Mid Elevation Tea Factories in its structured divestiture of the Parakaduwa Tea Factory. This came on the back of astute restructuring within the group of companies, focusing on efficiencies and profitability.
