Charitha Subasinghe appointed to NTB Board

Top professional Charitha Subasinghe has been appointed to the Board of Nations Trust Bank PLC as Non-Executive/Non Independent Director with effect from yesterday. 

Subasinghe has been President–Retail of the John Keells Group since 2018.

The Keells brand transformation took place under the leadership of Subasinghe and it went on to become the strongest brand in the country for the year 2022 based on the Brand Finance rankings. With over 25 years of experience in the fields of accounting, financial management and marketing, Subasinghe holds an MBA from the University of Colombo, is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA), UK and holds a Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK.

With the latest appointment, the Board of NTB PLC comprises Chairperson Sherin Cader, Director/CEO Hemantha Gunetilleke, Condrad D’ Souza, Rachini Rajapaksa, Russell De Mel, Savanth Sebastian, Chanaka Wickramasuriya, Arjun Fernando, Dr. Ramesh Shanmuganathan, Chandika Hettiarachchi, and Charith Subasinghe
