The Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE), the operator of the stock exchange in Sri Lanka, has announced a new partnership with Emojot, a leader in advanced customer experience management solutions.

As part of the engagement, Emojot conducted a perception survey for companies listed on the CSE, leveraging Emojot’s unique Enterprise Hierarchy feature to map out different sectors and industry types. The survey was disseminated to the CEOs/Chairmen of all listed companies, enabling CSE to garner valuable insights to drive future focus towards servicing listed companies.

Emojot’s perception survey solution, built with cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning capabilities, will empower CSE to gauge and understand the views of their listed companies better. Emojot’s AI-enabled platform will facilitate the collation, processing, and analysis of survey data, turning raw feedback into actionable intelligence.

The Enterprise Hierarchy feature offers in-depth analytical possibilities, enabling CSE to analyse responses across multiple dimensions such as industry types, listing duration, etc., against perceptions and experience towards listing. This will provide a better understanding of the different vertices, facilitating more strategic and informed decision-making processes.

Advanced features offered by Emojot include:

  • AI-driven data analysis, enabling CSE to unlock valuable insights
  • Personalised survey deployment, ensuring higher engagement and response rates
  • Real-time response tracking, keeping the CSE updated on survey participation
  • In-depth analytics with Enterprise Hierarchy, allowing CSE to identify experience and perception of being a listed entity and listing experience

CSE Chief Executive Officer Rajeeva Bandaranaike shared his enthusiasm for the partnership, saying, “This collaboration with Emojot will facilitate deeper engagement with our stakeholders. The ability to map out our ecosystem using Emojot’s Enterprise Hierarchy feature will enable us to gain strategic insights into our stakeholders.”

Emojot Founder and CTO Dr. Shahani Markus also commented on the collaboration, saying, “We are thrilled to partner with CSE, a key player in Sri Lanka’s financial ecosystem. Our AI-driven survey solution is designed to help businesses like CSE understand their stakeholders better, thereby informing data-driven strategic decisions. We are confident that our platform will provide valuable insights to CSE.”

This collaboration signifies a shared commitment to leveraging advanced technology for effective stakeholder engagement, fostering a more collaborative and responsive exchange environment.
