Conrad Dias appointed LOLC Finance Director and CEO

Top professional Conrad Dias has been appointed the new CEO and Director of LOLC Finance Plc, the largest Non-Bank Financial Institution in Sri Lanka, with effect from 1 March.

He succeeds Ravi Tissera, who will be resigning on 28 February to take up an overseas assignment. Tissera was Deputy Chairman and CEO of LOLC Finance Plc. He joined the LOLC Group in 1993.

Dias, who already serves on the Board of LOLC Holdings Plc, is an experienced professional in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Project Management, Strategic and Investment Planning, Finance Management, Corporate Restructuring and Unit Trust and Fund Management. He possesses domain expertise in sectors such as trading, banking and finance, asset management and manufacturing.

Dias previously served in the capacities of Chief Information Officer of the LOLC Group, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of LOLC Technology Services Ltd. and LOLC Technologies Ltd.
