Dialog Finance goes for Rs. 764 m Rights Issues

Dialog Finance PLC is going for a Rs. 764 million Rights Issue to boost its capital.

The basis is 32 new shares for every 121 held at Rs. 40 each which will see issuance of 19.1 million shares.

The current stated capital of the company is Rs. 907.8 million.

The move has been approved by the Central Bank but is subject to CSE and shareholder approval.

Its Core Capital (Tier 1) is Rs. 1 billion as at 30 September 2018 up from Rs. 433 million a year earlier.

Dialog Axiata owns 98.88% stake in the Company and public holding is 1.12% held by 803 shareholders.
