Ex-Pack to host investor forum for upcoming IPO on 12 Oct.

With just a few weeks left to go until the much-awaited IPO for Ex-Pack Corrugated Cartons Ltd., the company has announced that it will host a forum for investors and analysts on 12 October at 10 a.m. 

The event will be a virtual event over Zoom and will provide an opportunity for investors and others to obtain an in-depth understanding of the upcoming IPO, and ask any questions they may have.  Ex-Pack is Sri Lanka’s leading manufacturer of corrugated cartons with a global presence and seeks to raise Rs. 700 million through the sale of 83,333,333 ordinary voting shares at a price of Rs. 8.40 per share through its IPO, resulting in a projected market capitalisation of Rs. 2.8 billion, to partially fund a new three-billion-rupee production facility.
