In recognition of a culture that is constantly striving to be the Best, Fairfirst Insurance was awarded the ‘Company with Great Managers’ 2021 for the second consecutive year by the Colombo Leadership Academy, where six bright leaders of Fairfirst were felicitated with the prestigious ‘Great Managers Award’ for the year 2021.

The ‘Company with Great Managers’ and ‘The Great Managers Awards’ is an initiative taken towards identifying, assessing and recognising organisations with ‘Great Managers’ benchmarking with the best of best in the corporate world.
