As part of its digitalisation strategy, trailblazer Fintrex Finance Ltd. launched its mobile application ‘MyFintrex’ with the primary purpose of expanding its reach, providing customer convenience for ease
of obtaining information.
Internally developed by the Fintrex team, the Android supported application is an information portal available to not just its customers, but to the general public who would like to interact and obtain more information about what Fintrex has to offer. With MyFintrex, users can directly interface using their National Identity Card (NIC) and mobile number via their registered mobile phones which will then be OTP authenticated. This application will provide information on the branch network, contact details, account balances, interest rate information, with access to messaging facilities and requests to open accounts and other services. With simplified access via OTP authentication, users can be confident of maximum security and data privacy owing to strong security standards in place.
