Fintrex Finance opens for business in Malabe

Fintrex Finance Ltd., recently opened its 13th branch in Malabe to cater to businesses and customers in the area.

Guest of honour at the opening was L.H. Piyasena and Company Managing Director Gemunu Piyasena whilst Fintrex Finance GM/CEO Jayathilake Bandara and COO Sajeewa Sapukotana were also present. 

Since its inception in 2007, Fintrex has served to promote economic growth, economic inclusion and development as well as support businesses and communities. It has aimed to be accessible to all those requiring a means of financing to develop their businesses or grow their personal wealth. All of this has been established on a foundation of unique customer service and advanced technological platforms. 

‘Fintrex’ has an island wide presence which includes Colombo 07, Gampaha, Kalutara, Kiribathgoda, Kuliyapitiya, Negombo, Kandy, Matara, Kurunegala, Kegalle, Galle, Dambulla and now Malabe. 

As a means to facilitate ease of access, in place are multiple easy payment methods which encompass online payments via any bank, the ‘Dialog EZ Cash’ option which allows one to transfer funds and make payments via their mobile phones in the absence of a bank account. 

In addition is the option to make payments at any of the ‘Cargills Food City’ supermarket outlets island wide. 

The Company has a diverse product portfolio which includes leasing facilities to support the purchase of registered, unregistered, and brand-new motor vehicles, loans of short and long-term tenures, trade financing product options and ancillary services to support working capital requirements of businesses. 

Personal savings schemes in the form of savings accounts and fixed deposits are available for minors up to senior citizen categories. The latter part of 2021 saw the launch of ‘Vishwasa’ a fixed deposit product to provide people with a higher return incentive for their savings especially during challenging times. 

Fintrex recently introduced ‘Smart Cash’ to fulfil urgent cash requirements of individuals to purchase vehicles while its Android mobile application ‘MyFintrex’ was launched as an information portal for its customers as well as the general public to obtain more information about what Fintrex has to offer.
