HNB Finance Plc has decided to raise Rs. 2 billion via a listed debenture issue.
It said the Board of Directors resolved to issue up to 20 million listed, rated, unsecured, subordinated, redeemable debentures at Rs. 100 each.
The move is subject to regulatory approval.
