HNB General Insurance honoured as Most Customer-Centric Brand

HNB General Insurance has been adjudged the “Most Customer-Centric General Insurance Brand in Sri Lanka” by the Global Brads Magazine for its initiatives and efforts to prioritise the needs preferences of its customers and winning their trust by maintaining exceptional service standards.

Throughout the years, HNBGI has strategically blended the use of technology and customer-centric service levels to redefine the general insurance landscape in the country. The introduction of innovative solutions such as the Claimee, an online portal for seamless claims settlements, the revamped online presence with a fully responsive website, making it easier for customers to access information and services, along with the timely upgrade of products that cater to the needs of policyholders like MotorGuard “03 in 01” has earned HNBGI this  recognition.
