Catering to a growing business community in Piliyandala, Sri Lanka’s leading private sector bank HNB PLC, ceremonially reopened its newly relocated Piliyandala Customer Centre at No. 92A, Moratuwa Road, Piliyandala.
Open for business every weekday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., the bank’s spacious new premises will feature a complete spectrum of banking products and services and will be home to a new Priority Circle Unit, HNB’s premier banking advisory service. The state-of-the-art customer centre is designed to offer customers in and around Piliyandala a new paradigm in banking services
The customer centre was inaugurated by HNB Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer Dilshan Rodrigo who was joined by Guest of Honour, Kesbewa Divisional Secretary K.P. Pemadasa and senior representatives of the bank including, HNB Assistant General Manager – Network Management Vinodh Fernando, HNB Regional Business Head – South Western Region Mahinda Seneviratne and HNB Regional Credit Head – South Western Region Sothiratnam Mathanan.
Commenting on the significance of the new customer centre, HNB Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer Dilshan Rodrigo elaborated on the special relationship the bank had developed with the business and retail customers in the area.
“I have witnessed first-hand the remarkable development that has taken place in the last few decades which speaks volumes of the enterprising nature of the people of Piliyandala who have made the area one of the most sought after locations in Colombo to work and live in. We are delighted to say our customer base across retail, corporate and SME business in the area, has increased significantly.
“We are truly privileged to have partnered with the people of Piliyandala to work towards achieving their dreams and we have no doubt the this landmark building which has been fully equipped as a Digital and Priority banking centre will be a testament to our commitment for the future.”
