HNB partners with PickMe to offer free delivery services to customers

HNB PLC announced a partnership with PickMe to provide all its customers with free delivery through the service provider’s app. 

Available to all HNB debit and credit cardholders, the facility provides customers with a discount of Rs. 250 from their total bill or delivery charges for a maximum of four orders made via PickMe when ordering groceries and essentials, and will be valid until 30 April.  

“We at HNB are committed to offering our loyal customers any support to help alleviate the disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. This is an unprecedented crisis and we want to do everything possible to ensure the well-being of our customers is protected, while easing their burden in fulfilling their needs for essential supplies. We also wish to thank our partner, Pick Me, for the work that they are doing in supporting Sri Lankans through this difficult time. Our bank is proud to support such a vital endeavour,” HNB Deputy General Manager – Retail and SME Sanjay Wijemanne said. 

Ordering via the PickMe application is available for customers in selected areas, with the facility being expanded rapidly to offer delivery services island-wide. 

The partnership was also part of a slew of special support measures initiated by HNB for cardholders in terms of payments to help tide them through the COVID-19 crisis.
