HNB shines at SLIM NSA with five accolades

Reaffirming its commitment to excellence, Sri Lanka’s leading private sector bank, HNB PLC, once again emerged triumphant at the prestigious SLIM National Sales Awards (NSA) 2023, with its dedicated staff securing a total of five awards.

The award ceremony, held at Monarch Imperial, Jayewardenepura-Kotte, celebrated the outstanding achievements of HNB employees in various categories.

Akeel Ahamed from the HNB Kinniya branch stood out in the Banking industry, clinching the Gold Award in the “Sales Executive” category. Likewise, Dasun Uthuruwella from SOLO Unit showcased his exceptional skills, earning the Gold Award in the “Sales Supervisor” category within the Banking industry. Harshana Munasinghe from Network Sales Unit of Business Development Unit also shone in the Banking sector, securing the Gold Award in the “Sales Frontline” category.

Further contributing to the bank’s success, Arichandran Yogadas from HNB Jaffna Metro branch achieved the Bronze Award in the “Sales Executive” category, demonstrating excellence in the Banking industry, while Shanaka Samarasinghe, representing Network Sales Unit of Business Development Unit, received the Bronze Award in the “Territory Manager” category, further highlighting the bank’s prowess in diverse sales roles.

SLIM recognises and rewards performers in over 20 industries, allowing individuals to apply through their companies based on their performance.
