KPMG Sri Lanka appoints Duminda Rathnadiwakara as Partner

KPMG Sri Lanka, a member firm of the KPMG network of independent member firms has appointed Duminda Rathnadiwakara as a Partner of the Firm with effect from 01 July 2023.

Duminda was appointed as a resident partner of KPMG Maldives in 2018 and counts over 18 years of experience in the field of audit and assurance services.

He has a wealth of experience in providing assurance and related services to international banks and other industries including telecommunication, utility, retail, and leisure sector etc.

He has conducted various trainings, seminars, and workshops in relation to audit methodology, IFRS/ US GAAP, Banking, and Insurance (sector specific training), risk management and leadership, etc. Prior to joining KPMG Maldives, Duminda has worked with the three of the big four audit firms in Caribbean, UK, Barbados, UAE, and Sri Lanka for last 18 years.

Duminda is a fellow member of CA Sri Lanka and CA Maldives. He is a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of Certified Management Accountants. He holds a B.Sc. Accountancy and Financial Management (Special).
