LB Finance recognised at SAFA Awards

LB Finance created history by garnering two prestigious awards for its 2021/22 annual report at the South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA) Best Presented Annual Report Awards, Integrated Reporting Awards and SAARC Anniversary Awards for Corporate Governance Disclosures Competition 2021 held recently in Kathmandu, Nepal.

The company secured the Overall Bronze Award for Corporate Governance Disclosures, and the Bronze Award for the Financial Services category, thus establishing LB Finance’s reputation as an entity renowned for transparency and accountability across the region.

For over two decades, these coveted awards have played a formative role in encouraging new benchmarks in financial reporting and governance disclosures across eight countries in South Asia, including India, Pakistan and Bangladesh. 

The awarded LB Finance annual report titled “Empowering the Journeys of Many” presents a clear and concise account of the year to its stakeholders, while promoting accessibility and inclusiveness across all tiers of society. The company has continued to make strides in the arena of financial reporting and governance, while consistently achieving recognition for reporting excellence amongst its peers.
