LCB Finance opens 20th branch at Minuwangoda

Lanka Credit and Business Finance PLC recently opened its 20th branch at Minuwangoda.

The branch was declared open by Gampaha District Secretary/Government Agent amidst a gathering of distinguished invitees, the Divisional Secretary, District Medical Officer, Officer in Charge of the Minuwangoda Police Station, the Chairman and Board of Directors of the company, the 1st Chairman of the company Emeritus Professor W.M. Abeyratna Bandara, the Chairman of the parent company D.W. Nanayakkara, SANASA Development Bank former CEO/General Manager Nimal Hapuarachchy and a large gathering of members of the business community, officials of co-operative societies, prospective customers and well-wishers.

CEO/ Executive Director K.G. Leelananda addressing the gathering said the opening of the 20th branch of the company at Minuwangoda is a milestone in the eventful 6 years history of the company.

He stated that the company intends to provide a courteous service to the business community, co-operative societies, SMEs , self-employed and the general public, through its customer friendly Loans, Lease Finance and Gold Loans products at competitive rates and terms. He stated that viable projects of the unemployed youth to be self-employed is a segment that will be given due attention as appropriate.

Leelananda stated that they also envisage to offer through this branch, their savings products, covering all age groups from kid to senior citizens, such as “Podiththa,” “Sihina Ayojana,” “Rejini” “Uththama,” to people in the villages of the catchment area, unserved by any financial institution at present. Thanking the gathering, the CEO invited them to commence mutually beneficial business relationships with the company through the Minuwangoda Branch.
