LOLC wins the People’s Choice for 3rd year in a row

LOLC, one of Sri Lanka’s leading Financial Conglomerates, has won the people’s hearts once again by being crowned the ‘Financial Service Provider of the Year’ at the glamorous SLIM-Nielsen People’s Awards 2019 ceremony which was held at the Water’s Edge, Battaramulla, recently. With this year’s award, LOLC has now won the coveted People’s Choice Award for three consecutive years.  

The SLIM-Nielsen People’s Awards ceremony, one of the most awaited marketing events of the year is a joint initiative of the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM) – the national body for marketing, and Nielsen Sri Lanka. Organised for the 13th consecutive year, the SLIM-Nielsen People’s Awards acknowledge brands and personalities that have made a profound impression upon the people in Sri Lanka. 

The speciality of the SLIM-Nielsen People’s Awards is that the general public takes on the role of the judges, rating their favourite brands, personalities, advertisements, films, teledramas and much more.
