The National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka with the Department of Foreign Exchange (Central Bank Sri Lanka) will hold a half-day seminar on ‘Foreign Exchange Act and New Changes’ on Tuesday, 27 June from 10 a.m. to 12 noon at the National Chamber Auditorium, 4th Floor, No. 450, D.R. Wijewardene Mawatha, Colombo 10.
The seminar covers; All aspects of the Foreign Exchange Act; Liberalised foreign exchange operations, new regulations; Offences and Penalties under the Act; Dealers of Foreign Exchange, and there will be a panel discussion at the end, giving opportunity for interaction.
The resource persons will be Department of Foreign Exchange Additional Director W. Sudath Prasanna, Senior Assistant Director Thilini Kapuruge, and Senior Assistant Director Nuwan Jayaweera, and Central Bank of Sri Lanka Director of Foreign Exchange Dr. B.H.P.K. Thilakaweera will be the special guest and will join the panel discussion.
The target audience will be business owners, financial analysts, bank managers, exporters/importers, CFOs, decision makers, etc.
