NDB Bank takes a significant stride in revolutionising financial convenience by enabling government payments through its cutting-edge digital platforms, NEOS Online Banking and NEOS Corporate. This integration aligns with the launch of GovPay, Sri Lanka’s transformative digital payment platform, spearheaded by the Information and Communication Technology Agency (ICTA) and LankaPay, and supported by the Ministry of Digital Economy and the Central Bank of Sri Lanka.

The following services are currently accessible through GovPay via NEOS: Department of Ayurveda; Jaffna Divisional Secretariat; Kegalle Divisional Secretariat; Mahara Divisional Secretariat; Ratmalana Divisional Secretariat; Thimbirigasyaya Divisional Secretariat; Gampaha Municipal Council; Rambukkana Pradeshiya Sabhawa; Sri Lanka Atomic Energy Board; SLPA – Clearing Pass Management System; Sri Lanka Survey Department; Telecommunication Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka; University of Moratuwa; Vocational Training Authority; Department of Technical Education and Training and National Cancer Institute of Apeksha.

By integrating GovPay into NEOS, NDB Bank enhances its suite of digital banking solutions, simplifying public service payments while ensuring accuracy, transparency, and security. This innovation not only reduces administrative burdens for citizens but also contributes to a more efficient and responsive government.
