Orient Insurance opens for business in Puttalam

Expanding further through myriad challenges, Orient Insurance Ltd. opened its newest branch at No. 171/1, Kurunegala Road, Puttalam.

The new branch boasts of easy access, ample parking, and is located closer to the heart of Puttalam’s commercial hub. 

The prime motive of the company in expanding its reach throughout the country is to take Insurance closer to the doorsteps of every Sri Lankan. In pursuit of this the company now consists of 37 customer touchpoints in Sri Lanka.

The Puttalam branch was opened adhering to all safety protocols with the Manager Sampath Tennakoon accepting formal responsibilities along with Northern Zone Vice President of Branch Operations Sumith Parakatawala. Other notable participants of this event were Senior Vice President – Strategy and Operations Ameera Hidurangala, Senior Vice President – Technical Anuradha Siriwardane and Senior Vice President – Finance Rihab Thaha.
